We can provide all types of annuals best suited for your property needs, whether it is for adding colour or planting throughout your garden beds. We can design your property’s landscape and we can continually provide services at your request season after season.

Landscape maintenance services include:

Spring Clean-Up
• Raking and sweeping of all winter kill, leaves, stones, paper and other debris
• Removal of winter protection from trees, shrubs, roses, etc.
• Aeration, top dressing and over seeding of all areas that have been heavily compacted due to excessive pedestrian traffics or other causes
• Rolling of any areas where required
• All flower beds, shrub borders and planters will be cleaned of debris, leaves, paper, dead plant material and weeds
• Soil in all beds will be loosened and cultivated without disturbing any root system below the surface. Top quality peat moss or triple mix garden soil will be added at the request of owner / leaseholder at an agreed upon price
• Precise trimming of all grass edges around planting beds, neatly retaining all lines and edges of original layout

Lawn Care
• All grass areas will be cut weekly using a reel or rotary mover maintaining a grass height of approximately 2”
• All grassed areas and all parking areas will be kept free and clean of any excessive grass clippings
• Fertilizer application will be applied twice per season (unless otherwise specified by owner). Fertilizer shall be applied when weather and soil conditions allow for maximum results
• Weed control will be applied to all lawn and open property areas twice per season. Weed control will be applied when weather and soil conditions allow for maximum results
• Removal of all debris from grassed areas, shrub and flower beds, walkways and paved areas shall be carried out prior to the commencement of any work
• Daily litter pick-up, including changing garbage bags in litter bins

Garden Core
• Bi-weekly cultivating of all flower, shrub and tree beds and removal of all visible weed growth
• Bi-monthly trimming of all flower, shrub and tree beds
• Application of fertilizer to all flower, shrub and tree beds when most effective
• Pruning of all shrubs will be carried out as required
• Insecticide shall be applied as required during the season to achieve maximum results
• Maintenance of all accessories in good condition (stakes, turn buckets, etc.) and removal of any no longer required

Fall Clean-Up
• Removal of all leaves, debris and annuals
• Planting of any tress, shrubs, flowers, etc. available
